In the Gustavo A. Madero colony of Mexico City, a man between 35 and 40 years old was murdered by hitmen riding a motorcycle. The tragic event occurred when the assailants caught up to the victim, who was driving a white SUV, and shot him at least twice in the head.

After the violent attack, the SUV, a Range Rover vehicle, lost control and crashed into another pickup truck. The hitmen managed to escape on the motorcycle, heading towards the State of Mexico, according to initial reports.

Once the Mexico City police were notified, officers arrived at the scene. Paramedics from the ERUM who arrived at the scene confirmed that the victim showed no vital signs. Subsequently, elements from the capital's prosecutor's office also arrived at the site to begin the homicide investigation.
